Africa
Union Holdings is an Investment
company, focussing on wealth-creation for its shareholders
and stakeholders and is strictly commercially driven for
its growth and success. As investors, the company would
keenly like to make a difference to customers from whom
it derives its income and continue to survive. In the process
of investment, we intend to create jobs in the country and
contribute to the stability of the South African economy,
as well as that of the Southern African region. This will
ensure that international investment is precipitated optimally.
The company has adopted a "win-win" approach in
its dealings.
Our
immediate objectives have been, inter alia, the establishment
of eleven business units which will ensure that our long term goals
are achieved. Where necessary in the foreseeable future, these business
units may become subsidiaries of the investment company. Our business
units comprise the following: Africa Union Energy, Africa Union
Food Security, Africa Union Health, Africa Union Transport, African
Union Public Works, Africa Union Distributors, Africa Union Financial
Services, Africa Union Trading, Africa Union Commercial Investments,
Africa union Telecommunications and Africa Union Mining Corporation. Our
niche in entering the market is making a "difference to
customers" in respect of "qualitative service delivery".
We "walk the talk" in regard to our values and try to
ensure client/customer satisfaction at all times. Factors such as
"insufficient skills to create competition"and general
"Public Apathy" have contributed to bad service delivery
not only in our country, but worldwide. We are determined and committed
to creating a culture of " Moral Intelligence" to those
we serve and from whom we derive income and create wealth.

South Afican Investment Company, which was registered as a company
in 2003.
On
a strictly commercial basis, the company seeks an optimum return
for Shareholders. In addition, the company seeks to create economic
growth and development, as well as facilitate self- sufficiency
throughout the African Continent.
